The conference is open to anyone interested in Masonic research and preservation, but will be specifically targeted toward two groups: members of Masonic lodges of research as well as authors, writers, and researchers, both published and aspiring, and Masonic librarians and museum curators.
All conference events will be held in the George Washington Masonic Memorial.
Registration includes luncheon on Friday and Saturday. Shuttle transportation from the hotel to the Memorial will be provided on all three days.
The Gala Banquet on Saturday Evening, September 28, 2013, is a separately-ticketed event, and is not included in the conference registration fee. Seating is limited to 150. Tickets to the Banquet cannot be sold either after the cutoff date (see above) or at the door.
The official conference hotel is the Hilton Alexandria Old Town, 1767 King Street, Alexandria, Virginia. This hotel is about 1/2 mile from the conference venue. We have negotiated a room rate of $139 per night. (Rate does not include any applicable taxes or parking fees.)
You may make online reservations at this link, or call the hotel directly at +1 (703) 837-0440 and use the group code “The Quarry Project”. Book by August 27, 2013, to receive the special conference room rate.
Please note that we will be monitoring hotel reservations for this event, and any reservations found that do not match up with a conference registration will be cancelled.
You may download a brochure with all the conference details from our site.
